Privacy policy

This policy explains how The Chronicles Hotel, Udaipur (a WSI Hotels property) handles personal information shared through this website.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry, the form on this website prepares a WhatsApp message or email on your own device; you choose whether to send it. We then receive your name, phone number, travel dates and message. Bookings and payments are handled by our booking-engine and payment partners on their own secure pages, under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, manage your reservation and stay, and meet legal requirements such as guest registration. We never sell your information.

Keeping it safe

This website does not store any personal data. Enquiries reach our reservations team only through WhatsApp or email. Access is limited to staff who need it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email thechronicles@wsihotels.com.
